What We Built
Traveloka needed a platform where employees could recognize each other’s contributions. We developed the complete solution: a React-based frontend for the user experience, Laravel backend for business logic and data management, and MySQL for storing recognition data.
The platform allows employees to send appreciations to colleagues, making positive behaviors visible across the organization. Managers can track team engagement and celebrate wins through the system.
